Shipping policy

At CHASE MORE, we are committed to getting your gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship, process, and deliver your orders.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods (new drops, holidays, sales), processing may take up to 7 business days.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

CHASE MORE ships both domestically and internationally. Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout:

Domestic (U.K.) Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days

  • Express International: 3–7 business days (select locations)

Note: These are estimates. CHASE MORE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on our site or marketing emails.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Missing apartment or suite numbers

  • Reshipping fees for returned packages

If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at [your email] — we cannot make changes once the order is in transit.


Lost or Stolen Packages

CHASE MORE is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. We recommend:

  • Double-checking your address

  • Looking around your property or checking with neighbors

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

If you still cannot locate your package, reach out to us. While we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds, we’ll do our best to assist you.


International Orders & Customs

For international customers:

  • Customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost. These are the buyer's responsibility.

  • CHASE MORE is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

Please familiarize yourself with your country's import policies before placing an order.


Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

For limited releases or pre-order items, shipping timelines will be clearly noted on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise specified.
